Subject: Letter of Recommendation for Gray & Associates, CPA’s and Caseware Software
I began working with Gail Gray of Gray CPA COnsulting in May of 2007. Since then, she has provided Caseware training, assisted with report development, designed certain reports, and provided support for minor technical problems. She has always been very professional, knowledgable, and responsive. I would recommend her service to anyone.
As for the Caseware software itself, I can’t imagine preparing the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) without it. We currently publish our CAFR using Caseware.
All of the sections automatically update with the exception of the Government-wide Financial Statements and the Statement of Cash Flows, which we expect to complete in 2010.*
* This goal was accomplished and this part of the implementation is now automatic with any new Caseware CAFR implementation. A lot has improved in 10 years!!!
Caseware is easy to use for both the everyday user and the report writer and is very flexible to fit your needs.
Between Caseware and Gail Gray, our entire CAFR process has become easier, leaving us more time for analysis.
