Joseph Abesamis likes numbers – but he likes people more. He chose a career in accounting because it allows him to focus on both.
As a tax manager, Joseph works with high net worth individuals and small and medium-sized businesses and closely held companies to maximize their tax refund and minimize their tax burden. He finds satisfaction in not only saving his clients money, but also in building lifelong working relationships with them. Joseph is an adjunct professor at Biola University where he teaches Federal Income Tax for Individuals and Introduction to Financial Accounting.
Joseph joined LSL in 2015. In his managerial role, he helps his team develop character to enhance client service, checking in with them often to make sure they feel valued. Also, as the firm innovates its processes and software, Joseph oversees procedural changes and creates systems for best practices.
Great Clients for Joseph…are looking for financial peace of mind as it relates to their taxes.
