Growing a CPA firm has been one of the most rewarding aspects of Rich’s career. It has allowed him to watch other accountants and CPAs reach their potential. When the professionals at LSL CPAs achieve their goals, it means that clients receive the necessary advice and resources to grow, too.
Rich joined LSL CPAs in 1989, and the time has flown. Early in his career, he liked the size of the firm because it allowed him to be a well-rounded advisor to a variety of clients. Now serving as managing partner in a much larger firm, he can mentor other professionals while maintaining a culture of personal attention to clients.
Focusing primarily on governmental clients, Rich oversees audits and strategic consulting to various entities, including cities and special districts. His favorite clients call him with financial or operational questions to support their long-term strategic planning.
Great Clients for Rich… are high achievers who want to maximize their skills and operations.
