Jill’s experience in accounting software sales and marketing paved the way for a career centered on what she loves and does best—helping CPA firms grow through smart strategy and strong relationships. With a passion for marketing, business development and a deep understanding of the accounting industry, she equips professionals with the tools, training, and confidence they need to drive new opportunities and build lasting client connections.

As LSL’s Director of Marketing & Business Development, Jill leads the firm’s overall growth strategy, guiding everything from brand positioning to pipeline development. She partners closely with the firm’s Partners and Managers to develop and implement plans and business development activities that align with their individual goals and the firm’s long-term vision.

Jill’s career began in accounting software sales where she worked directly with financial teams to understand their challenges and offer tailored solutions. Since transitioning into public accounting marketing and business development almost 20 years ago, she has worked with local and regional firms to develop high-impact marketing plans, improve firm visibility, and foster a business development culture across departments.

Personal … Jill will never say no to a Sprinkles cupcake – ever. She loves trying out new foods at local restaurants and is always up for Mexican food. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their King Charles Cavalier, Winston.
