Ahmad Khan, CPA

Ahmad Khan is a Manager in LSL’s Assurance & Advisory department, bringing over a decade of experience in public accounting and a strong foundation in commercial audits. Prior to LSL, Ahmad gained experience at another top national accounting firm, serving public and privately held clients across the life sciences, manufacturing, construction, and professional service industries.

Ahmad partners closely with business owners and executive teams to deliver audit and assurance services that support transparency, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making. His work spans complex financial reporting—including SEC readiness and filings—as well as extensive experience auditing employee benefit plans, particularly 401(k) plans.

Clients appreciate Ahmad not only for his technical expertise, but for the strong relationships he builds. He’s a thoughtful listener who takes the time to understand each client’s unique challenges and delivers practical, tailored guidance—whether they’re navigating ASC 606 revenue recognition, implementing ASC 842 lease standards, or evaluating internal controls. He enjoys the variety and fast pace of public accounting, where every engagement brings new clients, new challenges, and the opportunity to stay sharp and on his feet.

Outside of work, Ahmad is a devoted Formula 1 fan—cheering on Ferrari and rooting for Lewis Hamilton on race weekends. He also enjoys watching the Lakers, playing basketball, swimming, and spending quality time with family. When it comes to food, he’s an adventurous eater, but Korean BBQ tops the list.
