Senior Client Success Manager

Allison Kelly brings more than 20 years of experience in state and local government to her role as Senior Client Success Manager at LSL. With a background spanning government finance, pension administration, and audit, she understands both the technical requirements and the operational realities finance teams face every day.

A third-generation CPA, Allison was raised on numbers. Watching her father and grandfather serve their clients sparked her interest in accounting early on. Today, she carries that legacy forward by helping organizations solve problems, streamline processes, and build more efficient reporting systems.

Throughout her career, Allison has worked with state and local governments, electric cooperatives, banking institutions, and service organizations. Her experience includes financial reporting, audit support, tax services, and advisory work. She is especially passionate about improving reporting processes. In a prior leadership role, she led the successful conversion of her organization’s financial reporting from an outdated PDF-based system to the Workiva platform — modernizing workflows and creating long-term efficiencies.

At LSL, Allison focuses on helping clients connect the dots between technology and optimization. She works closely with finance teams to implement and maximize Workiva solutions, ensuring reporting processes are accurate, streamlined, and sustainable. She thrives on identifying inefficiencies, building smarter systems, and creating measurable successes for the clients she serves.

Outside of the office… Allison enjoys crocheting, reading, visiting her children, and camping with her husband. She’s an avid fan of women’s volleyball and ice hockey and proudly cheers on the Washington Capitals.
