As a college athlete, Brandon loved being part of a team, a mindset that has carried through his professional career. Since joining LSL as a staff accountant in 2012, Brandon has grown into a leadership role as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Business Development Executive, alongside his continued work as an Assurance & Advisory – Government Partner.

In his role as COO, Brandon oversees LSL’s internal operations, including HR, IT, accounting, and marketing, ensuring a strong operational infrastructure to support the firm’s growth. He is focused on streamlining processes, building accountability, and fostering consistent, responsive client service. By strengthening LSL’s foundation, Brandon helps the firm operate efficiently and adapt to clients’ evolving needs.

As a Business Development Executive, Brandon serves as the face of LSL, expanding relationships, improving the sales pipeline, and helping potential and existing clients connect with LSL’s services. He emphasizes identifying ideal clients—those who share LSL’s core values—and delivering solutions that drive their success. Brandon’s focus is not just on compliance but on adding value and helping organizations reach their next level of growth.

While his leadership has expanded firm-wide, Brandon remains connected to his roots in government advisory services, continuing to oversee audits and serve on government committees. As a recognized thought leader, he also serves on the prestigious AICPA’s State and Local Government Expert Panel, helping shape national guidance and best practices in governmental accounting and offering practical solutions to fill day-to-day gaps in their finance departments.

Outside of work, Brandon enjoys life with his wife, Lauren, and their five young children. A former collegiate baseball player and NAIA Capital One Academic All-American® in 2012, he’s an avid sports fan, especially of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Denver Broncos. He also enjoys playing golf whenever he can.
