Dave Myers, MST, CPA

Dave Myers is a Partner in LSL’s Tax department, where he focuses on income and estate tax compliance and planning for individuals and businesses. Since beginning his career in 1984, Dave has built a reputation for treating clients and colleagues with respect and integrity—qualities that have made him a trusted advisor for decades. He joined Vilmure, Peeler & Boucher in 1992, became a partner in 2000, and continued in that role after the firm merged with LSL CPAs in 2013.

Dave serves as the tax partner for LSL’s automotive accounting group and is also sought after for his expertise in real estate, manufacturing, and professional services. Known for his skill in estate and gift taxation, he designs and implements customized exit strategies for business owners, guiding them through everything from selling a business to a publicly traded company to resolving complex state tax questions.

His client base includes highly motivated business owners and leaders looking to grow, strengthen, and protect their businesses. Dave sees himself not just as a tax expert, but as a business partner—helping clients achieve their goals and plan for long-term success.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys traveling throughout California in his vintage 1972 trailer. He and his wife/best friend—have two daughters and enjoy spending time together as a family.
