You can email reports directly from QuickBooks. On the top bar of the report, click the email button. You will have two formats to choose from. You can send the report either as an excel or PDF file.

If you have not set up this feature, QuickBooks will prompt you to set up the email you would prefer to send the report from. After you have set up your email, each time you want to send the report it will save your email settings.
