IT Strategic Plan: A Blueprint for Transformation

An IT Strategic Plan (ITSP) isn’t just a document—it’s a roadmap to real change! Learn about what it took to align departments into a singular citywide vision and how you might turn an IT plan into real, lasting transformation.

Join LSL’s Director, Consulting & Advisory, Noah Daniels, CPFO, CPA, and Carrie Matson, Deputy Finance Director from the City of Thousand Oaks, as they take you behind the scenes on how discussion about vision and needs can help drive meaningful change.
