Create Customized Templates for Invoices for Different Locations

If you have several divisions or locations within one company QuickBooks file, and you would like to customize the invoices, here is a great hack.

When you create templates in QuickBooks it will pull all your main company information on the form. If you have different locations or different divisions within the same QuickBooks file you can differentiate each division and location with customized logos. 

Upload the logo with the contact information and remove all the main company information on your template. Save a template for each location or division and when you are ready to create the invoice choose the appropriate template.
